I was going to gauge interest in a possible RPG I can make with RPG Maker VX, a very good program that lets me edit DAMN NEAR ANYTHING I SEE FIT into an RPG game, texts fonts, in battle effects, music, sounds, text boxes characters design blah blah shut the fuck up.
I am currently working on a project with a partner of an RPG set in modern times and a civil war in Britain but that is lulz for another time. I specialising largely in the mess of custom spriting that's become necessary for our game and I am learning how to put in appropriate events and coding and shit.
I wanted to gauge interest in a small SA RPG as a 'test' case for the game. It will be necessarily short and in some patches crude.
YOU don't have to do anything other then tell me what you think.
The storyline, ever important storylines, will be short, and if completed will just be another 'side-quest' or 'sub-plot' to the overall SA RP canon and thus not fuck with anyone's plans too much.
The problem I have however is, SA RP is character driven, meaning I will by necessity need to create said story using a select number of characters out of us all to get it going. This means voting and such, but that is too easy to fuck with so I'm going to have to pick characters for myself in order for it to be fair.
I DON'T want the main hero to be Sir Meta Knight, that's too predictable.
You are free to suggest plot ideas and character ideas if you will, but it must be SHORT and SELF CONTAINED, even Episodically short
This is my first game and I don't want to over extend myself like I always do and fail inevitably.
